SERRANO LOIN - WHOLE (2lbs aprox)

As also happens to our Serrano ham, this is the only authentic Serrano loin from Spain, made from white pigs (Iberico comes from black ones) bred, raised and processed enterely in the country. 

In addition to the selected raw material, it's also distinguished by the combination of paprika, garlic and spices, put together to create a unique marinade.
