FUMET DE PESCADO / FISH STOCK FUMET - EL NAVARRICO

Fish Stock, "Fumet", is the perfect broth for seafood/fish paella. In fact, it has all the ingredients of the "sofrito": water, tomate, onion, clamps, extra virgin olive oil, shrimp, fish, salt, garlic and sweet paprika.
