From the Murcia region, Southeastern Spain, we offer this 

short grain rice D.O. Calasparra. In fact, is one of the three rice production regions protected.  
This rice requires cooking for longer, and also a larger amont of water, so the grain absorbs more water and also more flavors from the broth and the rest of ingredients. 

Not as delicate as other type of rices so, either if you are a pro or just starting in the beautiful process of cooking paella, this is a great rice to use!
