Limited edition of the oil collected on the first day of harvest: the greenest, purest and finest, with a high concentration of chlorophylls and great expressiveness. 

On the nose, this oil has a very young fruitiness of green grass, tomato, green apple and very green banana peel. On the palate it has the same expressive power of herbaceous tones, highlighting the freshness of tendrils and mallows.

You can also find pleasant spiciness, gently evolving into fresh pepper. It is a velvety juice, very persistent in the mouth and structurally very balanced.
