Grain Fed Iberico loin (lomo Iberico) in Gift Package

Loin (lomo) from the Iberico pork fed on grains. Marinated with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and a delicious smoked mild pimenton (paprika) and then dry cured for 3 months.  

The meat is super tasty, rich and intense, with the amazing texture of the Iberico loin (lomo) and the extra flavor from the marinating.
