ESPARRAGOS BLANCOS - WHITE ASPARAGUS 8-10 UNITS

From Navarra (yes, same region as the "running of the bulls"!). So from there we get this gorgeous asparagus. Buttery, creamy, with almost no fivers. That's the reason why they are "cojonudos"! (super tasty, in "slang" Spanish).
