Our truffles are imported fresh from Spain and vacuum and freeze in the US for a better preservation. 

It is quite easy to use in the kitchen accomplishing excellent dishes: just slice it very thin (with a mandolin or truffle slicer) on top of your finished meal and it'll start releasing all the aromas that make truffle one of the most precious gourmet products worldwide.
